DVD

A DVD simply holds more information than a CD.
But there are 3 types of DVD:

DVD5 (most common) Contains to 4.7 GB, Single sided, 1 layer DATA

DVD9 Contains up to 7.95 GB, Single sided, 2 layers of DATA

DVD10 Contains up to 8.75 GB, Dual sided, 1 layer of DATA per side

Masters: DVD-R, DVD+R, DLT
Provide Artwork for the On Disc Print to our Spec. See our downloadable pdf.

On Disc Print: DVD5 & DVD9 include up to a 5 colors screen print on disc. There's a $20 per color screen charge. See our print specification pdf.

Turntime:Typically 10 working days from receipt of materials & approval of graphic proofs. Print material may add to this turn time. Please call us.
We use only approved replicators in the US.

Check Disc: Most don't do this because of expense. A check disc is run on the DVD press without print. DVD masters usually don't need this but DLT source can as a safety check.DLT source, Check DVD can add 5 working das to turn time. 4 working days to the turnaround time. Changes to any DVD can result in expensive re mastering fees after the check disc is made. Call us for current price info.

Yield: Discs shipped can vary +or minus 5% under or over the ordered quantity. You will only charged for the actual quantity.

Packaging: Spending for packaging that protects the disc data area in important. Amaray style box is recommend. Promotional discs don't typically need this & can be packed with many standard sleeve styles.

Poly-wrap, & shipping are extra.

Dear Guys, I know you probably get a lot of these letters but here's one more for your collection. I am extremely pleased that we chose SuperDigital for our mastering & duplication. I couldn't have wished for a friendlier or more hard working crew. you spent a lot of careful time mastering our CD and Cassette, did a terrifc job as anyone can tell who has listened to it ( I get compliments all the time) and then came to our release party! Dan came up with the numbers and followed through with the same care, consideration and attention to detail. I felt like I was in good hands and I wasn't even insured.
